Fighting for better conditions and pay for Hollywood's assistants.

#PayUpHollywood is a grassroots movement that advocates for fair pay, safe workplaces and better treatment for all support staffers and assistants in the entertainment industry.

Started by former Hollywood assistants, #PayUpHollywood evolved from an online rallying cry into widespread movement that played a crucial role in increasing pay and improving workplace benefits and treatment for hundreds of support staffers.

The Hollywood Support Staff Relief Fund (HSSRF) has relaunched!

The fund supplies support staff and assistants with less than 3 years of industry experience with a one-time grant during work stoppages.
